Finance Associate

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the global finance hub processing staff and activities within the Company guidelines. Your hands-on leadership will be crucial in ensuring the team performs their duties efficiently. Additionally, you will manage systems as required and conduct validation/quality checking of processed DA of charterer agent calls. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the processing team in performing their duties effectively - Manage systems as necessary for smooth operations - Validate and perform quality checks on processed DA of charterer agent calls - Monitor and manage all rejections and disputes raised by the processing team and clients - Monitor the agreed client-specific KPIs with Team leader - Understand and analyze operational accounting reports - Run reports from the finance database and create management reports using the data - Test the AN/AW system and provide suggestions for its improvement - Maintain daily contact with regional hubs and other stakeholders - Adhere to Company quality management/HSSE systems - Train and manage staff remotely in other finance hubs - Provide training to clients both face to face and remotely Qualifications Required: - Graduation - Prior experience as a fresher in a similar role would be advantageous Additional Company Details: The company offers health insurance benefits for full-time employees working in day shift or rotational shift schedules at the in-person work location.,
