As a Finance Associate I at the Global Finance Hub, you will be responsible for managing the processing staff and activities in accordance with company guidelines. Your role will involve hands-on leadership of the processing team, overseeing system management, and ensuring validation and quality checks of processed DA of charterer agent calls. You will be required to monitor and manage all rejections and disputes raised by the processing team and clients, as well as track and manage client-specific KPIs with the Team leader. A solid understanding of operational accounting reports will be essential, along with the ability to extract and analyze data from the finance database to create management reports. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to test the AN/AW system and provide insights for system enhancements. Daily communication with regional hubs and other stakeholders will be a key part of your role, along with strict adherence to the Company's quality management and HSSE systems. In this position, you will also be involved in training and managing staff remotely in other finance hubs, as well as providing training to clients both face-to-face and remotely.
