Business Development

As a Business Development professional at our company located in Cbd Belapur, Navi Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in engaging potential clients through targeted outreach strategies. Your responsibilities include developing relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs, and effectively positioning our services to meet those needs. You will be responsible for scheduling and conducting meetings with decision-makers, presenting our solutions and value proposition, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to create tailored proposals and presentations. In this role, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities in CRM systems is essential. You will be expected to conduct market research to identify industry trends and the competitive landscape, providing valuable insights to support the sales team in closing deals. Your qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales or pre-sales within the service industry. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of engaging with senior executives and decision-makers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, as you will be required to articulate complex concepts clearly. A self-motivated and results-driven approach to business development is key, along with familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics. The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is also crucial for this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift and morning shift schedule, along with the opportunity for a performance bonus.
