Finance Assistant

Job Role: Finance Accountant
Experience: 2–3 Years
Location: Cochin, Kerala

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing journal entries.
• Manage invoices, payments, and customer statements; monitor accounts receivable; and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and other reports for management review.
• Reconcile bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
• Assist with tax filings and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.
• Independently perform GST and TDS filing and ensure timely statutory compliance.
• Possess good knowledge and hands-on experience in Tally for day-to-day accounting operations.
