Finance Assistant Manager / Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager/Manager Finance to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of relevant experience in accounting, MIS (Management Information Systems), cash flow management, budgeting, and taxation. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare and analyse financial statements as per Ind AS, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to senior management on financial performance.

• Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Monitor budget vs actual performance and identify areas for cost optimization.

• Cash Flow Management:

• Manage daily cash flow operations, including cash inflows and outflows.
• Forecast cash requirements and ensure adequate liquidity for business operations.

• Accounting and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and tax filings.

• Management Information Systems (MIS):

• Generate periodic MIS reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.

• Taxation:

• Assist in tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
• Prepare and file tax returns, including GST, TDS, and income tax, SFT Returns and any other applicable taxes.

Work Experience

A Chartered Accountant with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, finance, and taxation.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP) and MS Excel for financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting processes, and taxation laws in India.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
