Job Overview

 

·        We are seeking a Finance Assistant to join our dynamic team who has a good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures

 

 

Job Responsibilities

 

·        Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions.

·        Support monthly payroll and keep organized records.

·        Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.

·        Provide administrative support during budget preparation.

 

Skillsets

(Mandatory)

 

·        Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures

·        Basic MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)

·        Basic Documentation Skills

·        Familiarity with any accounting software – preferably Tally

·        Organizational and time-management skills

·        Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors.

·        Neat, clear and precise Handwriting

·        Good communication skills
