Key Responsibilities: - Deliver timely technical support for sports web products, including interactive Match Centres and Analytical products. - Address live issues during major sports events with accuracy and urgency. - Monitor system health and user activity during peak sports engagement periods, while managing infrastructure usage and deployment. - Collaborate with engineers to resolve bugs and improve performance. - Contribute to sprint stories by enhancing UI/UX, developing new features, and creating data feeds. - Write robust, reusable Python code and contribute to front-end interfaces. - Document solutions and build knowledge bases. - Utilize AI tools for troubleshooting and product development. Job Summary: We are looking for a qualified individual with at least 3 years of experience, ideally in a finance or accounting role, to join our team on a full-time basis, working from our Mumbai-based office.
