Finance Assistant

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and financial statements
• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
• Create and update expense reports
• Process reimbursement forms and prepare bank deposits
• Enter financial transactions into internal databases
• Check spreadsheets and reports for accuracy
• Maintain both digital and physical financial records
• Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
• Support quarterly and annual audits
• Handle research, filing, data entry, and support accurate financial documentation
• Learn and support financial software tools and company systems
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling financial data

Qualifications and Skills:

• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Strong understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles
• Accuracy and attention to detail with strong data entry skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹212,600.12 - ₹300,000.00 per year
