Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Operations Associate who is passionate about building a career in the finance and accounting domain. In this role, you will gain practical exposure to statutory compliance, tax filings, company incorporation processes, and financial documentation. You will work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to ensuring smooth and compliant financial operations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial documents and ensure they meet legal and regulatory standards.

• Support statutory filings, including GST, Income Tax, and TDS returns.

• Aid in the preparation and review of financial statements and reports.

• Assist in company incorporation processes, including drafting and managing required legal documents.

• Handle post-incorporation compliance tasks such as maintaining statutory registers and company records.

• Support filings with regulatory authorities such as the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and tax departments.

• Maintain proper documentation related to financial transactions and statutory submissions.

• Apply finance and accounting concepts to real-world situations.

• Contribute ideas to improve internal processes and enhance service efficiency.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related fields (B.Com, BBA, B.Com LLB, BBA LLB preferred).

• Strong interest in developing a career in finance, accounting, and compliance.

• Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles (preferred, not mandatory).

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and general computer applications.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Strong communication skills and team collaboration abilities.

• Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
