Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance and Admin-Executive, located in Chennai. The Finance and Admin-Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative and financial tasks. This includes providing executive administrative assistance, handling general administrative duties, maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills will also be essential for liaising with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
  • General Administration capabilities
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Understanding of financial management principles is a plus
  • Experience in the non-profit sector is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
