Finance and Account Manager

As an Accounts Manager at Rooman Technologies in Rajajinagar, Bengaluru, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of the company. Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements, managing tax filings, coordinating audits, and developing budgets and forecasts. You will need to ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations while maintaining strong internal controls. To excel in this role, you should hold a qualification such as M.com, MBA Finance, CA/CS/CMA along with 3 to 4 years of experience as an account manager. Proficiency in accounting software like Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or similar, as well as MS Excel, is essential. You should have a strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other tax regulations. Attention to detail, accuracy, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, organizational proficiency, and effective communication are key skills required for this position. You should also exhibit leadership qualities, be able to meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks efficiently. In addition, you will be responsible for mentoring junior finance staff and liaising with banks, financial institutions, vendors, and auditors. This full-time position at Rooman Technologies offers a salary ranging from 6 Lac to 9 Lac per annum, with a work schedule of 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
