CTC : 8 lacs to 11 lacs per annum Job Location: Halol, Gujarat (Transportation facility – Not Available) Key Responsibilities: · Oversee and manage all financial operations of the manufacturing plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. · Authorization and review of all ERP-based accounting and finance entries. · Handle entire LC (Letter of Credit) and BG (Bank Guarantee) process · Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. · Draft loan-related correspondence and other financial letters as required. · Prepare and submit all necessary banking documentation, including: FFR I & II, Stock statements and updates, Responses to stock audit and statutory audit queries, CMA data and other credit facility · Monitor and analyze production costs, inventory management, and cost control measures. · Collaborate with plant management to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency. · Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. · Manage audits, both internal and external, ensuring accuracy and transparency. · Develop and implement financial strategies to support the plant's growth and profitability. · Supervise and mentor the accounts team, fostering professional development and performance. · Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions. · Prepare various internal and external reports required by: Management, Banks, Auditors, Statutory bodies Required Skills & Qualifications: · CA inter /M.Com./ CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification · 10+ years of experience in finance and accounts, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment · Strong knowledge of ERP systems and financial software Interested candidates can send their resume on hr@mkcgroup.in
