Programming Trainer

You are a Programming Trainer with 3 years of experience and will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions in Core & Advanced Java, Python, C, and C++. Your role involves mentoring students, guiding them in projects, and helping them build job-ready skills. You will cover fundamentals, OOPs concepts, data structures, algorithms, and real-world project applications. Additionally, you will develop training materials, assignments, and coding exercises while evaluating learners" progress and providing constructive feedback. Your responsibilities also include guiding students in preparing for technical interviews and assessments and staying updated with evolving programming practices and tools. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline with strong programming knowledge in Java (Core & Advanced), Python, C, and C++. You must possess a good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), Data Structures & Algorithms, and database concepts. Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills are essential, along with a passion for teaching and the ability to simplify complex topics for learners. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate) and Python libraries (NumPy, Pandas), knowledge of Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and prior teaching/training experience. Industry certifications in programming languages are a plus.
