Job Description

As a Finance Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company s financial health by overseeing accounting processes, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing valuable insights to help drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with the senior management team and other departments to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial operations.

Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
Overseeing the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement)
Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and company policies
Developing and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support company objectives
Conducting financial analysis to provide insights on cost management, profitability, and overall financial performance
Managing cash flow and preparing forecasts to ensure liquidity and timely payments
Coordinating external audits and liaising with auditors to ensure smooth audit processes
Monitoring financial transactions and identifying any discrepancies or irregularities
Maintaining and improving internal financial controls to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud
Providing financial advice to senior management, contributing to strategic decision-making
Supervising and mentoring junior accounting staff and ensuring professional development
Preparing and submitting tax returns, ensuring timely payment of taxes and other regulatory obligations
