Job Description

Role Overview: As the Finance & Accounts Lead at Abhijith Preman & Co. LLP, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and monitor the financial records and processes of the firm. You will work closely with the firm's leadership team to support strategic financial decisions and ensure smooth internal financial operations. Key Responsibilities: - Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks using Zoho Books - Monitor and follow up on Accounts receivable - Prepare and present MIS reports and internal dashboards - Assist in business planning, budgeting, and financial analytics - Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filings - Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and external consultants as needed Qualifications & Skills Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance & Accounts - Proficiency in Zoho Books (hands-on working knowledge is mandatory) - CA Inter qualified or Postgraduate degree (M.Com / MBA Finance) - Prior experience in a CA firm or consulting environment preferred - Strong command over numbers, financial accuracy, and attention to detail - Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and reliability (Note: Omitting any additional details about the company mentioned in the JD),
