Accounting & Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure accurate and timely closing of books of accounts.
Manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Review journal entries, provisions, accruals, and fixed asset accounting.
Assist in consolidation of group entities (if applicable).
B. Taxation & Compliance
Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax calculations, payments, and return filings.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Monitor changes in tax laws and implement necessary processes.
C. Audit & Controls
Coordinate and facilitate Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, and Tax Audit. Implement and strengthen internal financial controls (IFC/ICFR).
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data. Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
D. Budgeting, Forecasting & MIS
Assist in annual budgeting and periodic forecasting.
Prepare MIS reports: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, variance analysis. Provide financial insights to support management decision-making.
The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing the organizations financial operations, maintaining statutory compliance, preparing financial statements, and ensuring robust financial controls.
