Roles and Responsibilities: Summary:The representative will take complete ownership of Industrial sales performance and customer relationships in their assigned territory.The position reports directly to the Manager of Industrial Sales and works to establish strategies for increasing sales, supporting customers, and improving sale processes.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Identify and communicate with sales prospects and other accounts, as assigned.Establish and maintain current and potential customer relationships.Maintain ongoing, continual face to face contact with every customer in the assigned territory.Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from marketing and related field activity.Prepare, submit, and present presentations, proposals and sales contracts.Communicate and serve the customer during and after the sale to ensure satisfaction and to promote future business.Maintain current knowledge of competitive products and pricing.Develop and maintain a working knowledge of products, sales handbook, and order management policies and proceduresCommunicate new opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity.Work closely with Service Managers to ensure complete customer satisfaction is achieved.
