Finance & Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounts Executive to manage all day-to-day financial operations of the company. The candidate will handle accounting, statutory compliances, tax filing, financial planning, and fund management. The role requires strong knowledge of EPF, GST, financial reporting, and projections to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting and financial transactions.
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST, TDS, EPF, and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial projections, budgets, and growth-related fund requirement analysis.
• Support management in making financial decisions by providing data-driven insights.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and external agencies for audits and compliance.
• Maintain updated records of invoices, receipts, and vendor payments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, and EPF regulations.
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP software, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.
• Good understanding of financial projections, budgeting, and fundraising requirements.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
