Key Responsibilities:
Finalization of accounts and financial closures Filing of TDS, GST, Income Tax Returns, ESIC, PF, and Professional Tax Ledger, bank, and investment reconciliations Depreciation workings (as per IT Act & Companies Act) Preparing ageing reports Managing stock updates and reporting Updating cost centers and preparing reports Conducting financial health checks and internal reviews Supporting audits and maintaining accounting records in Tally Performing financial analysis and assisting with budgeting
Technical Skills Required:
Accounting Software: Tally ERP / Prime, other accounting tools Tools: MS Excel, MS Word Knowledge Areas:o Statutory compliance (TDS, GST, PT, IT, PF, ESIC)o Reconciliations (ledger, bank, investment)o Taxation rules, workings, and rateso Analytical and reporting skills
Communication Skills:
Fluent in English and Hindi Strong verbal and written communication Prompt and professional in email correspondence
