Position Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Accounts Executive to join our Accounts Department. This role involves direct interaction with students and parents, ensuring smooth financial transactions, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in accounting principles and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student & Parent Interaction:
• Address and resolve queries related to fees, payments, and account balances.
• Provide clear explanations regarding fee structures and payment deadlines.
• Fee Management:
• Oversee the collection of student fees, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Issue receipts and maintain detailed records of all transactions.
• Hall Ticket Issuance:
• Verify fee payments and issue hall tickets to eligible students.
• Coordinate with the examination department to ensure seamless distribution.
• No Due Certificate Processing:
• Validate fee payments and clearances.
• Process and issue No Due Certificates for students completing their courses.
• Online Payment Verification:
• Monitor and verify online fee payments through various platforms.
• Reconcile discrepancies and update records accordingly.
• Fee Follow-Up:
• Send reminders and follow up with students and parents regarding outstanding fees.
• Coordinate with the finance team to manage overdue accounts.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) from a recognized university.
• Experience:
• Freshers to 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally) is an advantage.
• Communication Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with students, parents, and staff.
• Personal Attributes:
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
