Job Description: East Point College of Higher Education is seeking passionate and qualified Assistant Professors for the Department of Business Administration . The ideal candidate will be committed to academic excellence and innovation in teaching, and will actively contribute to departmental and institutional growth. Key Responsibilities: Deliver lectures for Undergraduate (BBA) and Postgraduate (MBA) courses. Assist in the academic planning and execution of departmental activities. Adhere to university curriculum and ensure effective course delivery. Develop innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and comprehension. Monitor student attendance, academic performance, and conduct assessments. Participate in faculty meetings, student mentoring, and institutional events. Qualifications: B.Com or BBA + MBA (Mandatory) NET / SLET qualification (Desirable) Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in higher education. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong classroom management and lesson planning abilities. Proficiency in using educational technology, multimedia tools, and online teaching platforms. Additional Information: Preferred Location: Candidates residing in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
