About the Role

Finance & Accounts Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Manage
Accounts Payable
processes including vendor invoice verification, posting, and reconciliation.
Perform
Vendor Reconciliation
and resolve discrepancies in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
Ensure
timely and accurate GST filings
, input tax credit reconciliation, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Support in preparation of
MIS reports, financial statements, and management reporting
.
Maintain accounting records in compliance with
Indian accounting standards
.
Assist in audits (internal, statutory, GST audits) by providing accurate data and reports.
Work on
Excel-based analysis, dashboards, and financial reporting
to support management decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth finance operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelors/Masters degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
2 to 4 years of relevant experience in
GST, Accounts Payable, and Indian Accounting
.
Strong skills in
Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Advanced formulas)
and reporting.
Good understanding of
TDS, GST, and other indirect taxes
.
Experience in
vendor reconciliation and vendor management
.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
