Filing Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Filing Executive with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience in filing statutory documents on various Government Portals (including EPR). The ideal candidate will support compliance operations by ensuring accurate and timely submissions on government regulatory platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain digital records of filings, acknowledgments, and compliance documents.
• Use Microsoft Excel to compile, track, and analyze data for filings and internal reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to collect required information and supporting documents.
• Ensure all filings and submissions are completed accurately and within regulatory timelines.
• Monitor updates and changes in government portal requirements and compliance regulations.
• Assist in preparing templates, forms, checklists, and related documentation for filing.
• Communicate with government support teams when necessary to resolve portal or submission issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel – data entry, formulas, pivot tables, formatting, and reporting.
• Experience with government portal filings, especially EPR and other statutory compliance portals.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in documentation and data handling.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced compliance environment.
• Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 0–2 years’ experience in a similar compliance or filing role. Freshers with strong Excel skills and eagerness to learn will also be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
