Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Field Service SLM role based in Vadodara. The role involves performing field service tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering effective technical support. Daily responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service and maintaining clear and professional communication with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided. The role also requires accurate reporting and collaboration with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance service efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Field Service and Troubleshooting to address and resolve technical issues effectively
• Strong Technical Support skills for assisting clients with equipment and service-related challenges
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure consistent client satisfaction
• Ability to work independently in an on-site setting and manage time efficiently
• Prior experience in field services or technical support is advantageous
• Diploma or degree in a relevant technical or engineering field is preferred
