Filed Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, field visits, networking, and market research.
• Schedule and attend meetings with prospects to present company offerings.
• Understand client needs and provide suitable IT service solutions such as web development, cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed IT support.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings.
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, project, and support) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven field sales experience, preferably in IT or technology services.
• Strong knowledge of IT solutions and ability to understand technical offerings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven with a proactive approach to lead generation and client engagement.
• Willingness to travel frequently for field sales visits.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer tools (MS Office, email, etc.).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in selling SaaS, cloud solutions, or managed IT services.
• Local market knowledge and existing client network.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills.
