The Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) is a state-owned life insurance company founded in 1956, headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a key player in India's life insurance sector, LIC offers a wide range of insurance products, including life insurance, health insurance, pension plans, ULIPs, group schemes, and microinsurance. LIC's vast network of agents and branches, both nationally and overseas, make it highly accessible to a diverse clientele.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Advisor at LIC in Chittorgarh, with some work from home acceptable. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for selling LIC's range of insurance products, providing customer support, conducting need-based analysis, managing client relationships, and ensuring policy sales targets are met. The role involves meeting with clients, advising them on suitable insurance plans, and assisting with policy servicing and claims.

QualificationsMBA and 10th pass

Sales skills, Client Relationship Management skills, and Customer Support skills
Knowledge of LIC's insurance products and the ability to conduct need-based analysi
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferr
