Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Engineer - Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics located in Ahmedabad. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshooting issues, providing technical support, and ensuring effective communication with customers and team members. Daily tasks will include field service visits, system maintenance, and ensuring the efficient operation of warehouse automation solutions.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Field Service and Maintenance & Repair skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site
• Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the automation or logistics industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Flexibility to travel and work on-site
