Job Description

Core Competencies 1. Field Intelligence & Data Quality Master field data collection: surveys, on-ground observations, vendor oversight. Implement quality controls: spot-check field notes, verify data accuracy, ensure compliance. 2. Client & Vendor Engagement Build rapport with clients and vendors during field visits and phone outreach. Address issues proactively: negotiate terms, resolve delays, ensure client satisfaction. 3. Strategic Market Analysis Conduct market scans and competitor behavior observations to feed insights to the team. Deliver concise field reports outlining opportunities, risks, and recommendations. 4. Field Project Management Develop and oversee fieldwork plans—scheduling, logistics, resource allocation. Collaborate with internal teams (PMs, accounts, ops) to ensure seamless execution. 5. Operational Efficiency & Systems Maintain field documentation: attendance logs, expense claims, equipment records. Use tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems to monitor performance. Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, Social Sciences, etc.) Experience in fieldwork—market research, survey teams, surveyor support, or similar Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and analytical thinking Ability to travel frequently—fit for remote or outdoor work Tech proficiency: MS Office, CRM or field tools, data reporting Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Experience: Sales Executive: 3 years (Required) bank related work: 3 years (Required) Field work executive: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
