Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Services:

  Diagnose, treat, and manage livestock diseases (esp. mastitis, metabolic disorders, parasitic infestations) through on-site visits.

• Preventive Care:

  Implement vaccination programs, deworming, herd health monitoring, and biosecurity protocols.

• Product Deployment & Training:

  Demonstrate company products (diagnostic kits, feed supplements, hygiene solutions, etc.) to farmers, cooperatives, and veterinary partners.

• Field Diagnostics:

  Conduct rapid tests, collect and interpret samples (milk, blood, fecal), and record findings for data-driven decision-making.

• Farmer Engagement:

  Educate and train farmers on best practices in animal health, nutrition, and housing.

• Technical Support:

  Assist the sales and business development teams by providing veterinary insights during farmer meetings, workshops, and events.

• Reporting & Documentation:

  Maintain case records, prepare field reports, and contribute to research/validation studies.

• Compliance:

  Ensure adherence to animal welfare, regulatory, and ethical veterinary practices.

Required Skills and Qualification

• Bachelor of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc & A.H.) / Master’s in Veterinary Sciences (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of dairy cattle health and management.
• Hands-on clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication in local language(s) & English.
• Ability to work independently in rural/field settings.
• Basic knowledge of digital apps/tools for reporting.
