This role will involve carrying out routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and inspection of equipment at client sites. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing field assignments independently while ensuring compliance with company standards and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute service, maintenance, and repair of elevators and related equipment at client locations.Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve technical issues.Troubleshoot and address breakdowns efficiently to minimize downtime.Maintain accurate service logs, reports, and documentation.Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational standards at all times.Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service.Coordinate with the service team for escalations and timely updates.Candidate RequirementsMust own a two-wheeler (for daily site visits).1–3 years of relevant experience in service and maintenance.Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.Willingness to travel within Chandigarh and surrounding areas.Good communication skills with a customer-centric approach.Preferred QualificationPrior work experience in the Lift/Elevator industry will be given preference.How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to share their updated CV at [chd_admin@gilcoglobal.in].
