Field Technician

Role Overview: As a Delivery Technician at scanO, you will play a crucial role in delivering, setting up, and supporting the cutting-edge AI dental devices, particularly the scanO air units. You will be responsible for handling the installation process at various clinics, hospitals, and corporate sites, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction. Your role will involve basic repair work, troubleshooting, and coordinating with the tech and operations team as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver and install scanO air units at clinics, hospitals, and corporate sites - Unbox, set up, calibrate power, and test the devices - Provide a basic walkthrough to clinic or hospital staff on operating the device - Maintain detailed installation reports and gather client feedback - Assist with basic on-site troubleshooting tasks - Learn and support basic repair work, including wire replacements and soldering - Collaborate with the tech and operations team for any escalations Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in delivery, hardware setup, or field service is preferred - Basic understanding and comfort with electronics, plugs, ports, switches, and system setup - Interest in hardware repairs and experience with gadgets tinkering - Ownership of a smartphone and preferably a two-wheeler for travel convenience - Physically fit and prepared to travel across India at short notice - Proficiency in Hindi is a must; basic English proficiency is a bonus Additional Company Details: scanO is a company dedicated to revolutionizing preventive dentistry through AI-powered oral health screening solutions.
