Your Role

You'll be the face of scanO on-grounddelivering, setting up, and supporting our cutting-edge AI dental devices.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver and install scanO air units across clinics, hospitals, and corporate sitesHandle unboxing, setup, power calibration, and device testingProvide a basic walkthrough to clinic/hospital staff on using the deviceMaintain installation reports and collect client feedbackAssist with basic on-site troubleshootingLearn and support basic repair work, such as wire replacements and solderingCoordinate with the tech and operations team for any escalations

Requirements

Prior delivery, hardware setup, or field service experience preferredBasic comfort with electronics, plugs, ports, switches, and system setupInterest in hardware repairs and tinkering with gadgetsMust own a smartphone and preferably a two-wheelerPhysically fit and ready to travel pan-India at short noticeFluent in Hindi; basic English is a plus
