Job Description

Job Summary: Experienced Field Service Technician with 3+ Years’ experience in providing technical support, Trouble shooting and installation of Air Curtains / PVC Strip Curtain / Pest Control Products / Sliding / Swing Glass Doors. This role requires technical skill, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively. The technician will work independently and may be required to travel to various locations. Key Responsibilities: Installation of our product at customer locations. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues on-site. Provide excellent customer service and support during service visits. Document service activities and maintain records. Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues. Teaching customers how to use equipment properly. Establishing strong client relationships. Answering customer questions and address concerns. Skills and Qualifications: Should have completed SSLC and diploma or equivalent in the related field. Minimum experience in the related field. Technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication are essential. Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary. Performance-based bonus.
