Field Tech Senior Representative

NTT DATA is looking for a Field Tech Senior Representative- DSS to join the team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As a part of the team, you will be responsible for providing Desktop/Deskside Support, including troubleshooting software and hardware issues related to Windows OS & MAC OS. It is essential to have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Intune, IOS, JAMF Apple Device management, Tangoe, and ITIL Framework. Familiarity with ITSM Tools like Service Now, Remedy, etc., is also required for this role.
