Field Tech Associate

Role Overview: As a Field Tech Associate -DSS - Desktop at NTT DATA in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, you will play a crucial role in the EUC Team, offering assistance to End Users within a Client Environment. Your tasks will be directed by operational and project goals, with assessment based on SLAs, CSFs, and KPIs that are in line with these objectives. Your duties will involve resolving Day-to-Day Incidents & fulfilling Requests following the ITIL Framework, along with executing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) operations for various IT equipment and peripherals. Key Responsibilities: - Providing support to End Users in a Client Environment - Resolving incidents and fulfilling requests according to the ITIL Framework - Performing IMAC activities for Desktops, Laptops, Monitors, Printers, and other IT Equipment - Acquiring knowledge of new technologies based on business requirements Qualifications Required: - 1 to 3 years of experience in End User Computing, IT Support, Asset Management - Proficient troubleshooting skills in Windows, Office, COTS & End User Hardware Support - Fundamental understanding of the ITIL Framework - Familiarity with ITSM Tools such as Service Now, Remedy, etc. - Effective Communication Skills (Written & Spoken) in English - Capability to physically fulfill general office requirements - Readiness to work on rotational shifts 24x7 - Preparedness for travel including overnight domestic trips (Note: The additional details about NTT DATA have been omitted as per the instructions),
