Field Support Specialist

As a Technician, your primary responsibility will be to travel throughout the territory and visit customers (Instrument Users only) for the recurring installation of instruments at customer sites. Additionally, you will attend breakdown calls of instruments, ensuring a prompt response to diagnose faults or technical issues and find proper solutions. It is crucial to have a better understanding of problems to effectively communicate with the Research & Development team for improvement. You will conduct demo visits of instruments at customer sites, comprehending customer needs and making suitable suggestions. Building confident relationships with customers through better work protocol is essential. Technicians are expected to fulfill documentation requirements of customers, producing detailed service reports for the field visits. This position requires you to travel across India and work in a full-time, permanent capacity. The benefits include cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund.
