Field Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of Instruments: Install instruments at customer sites, ensuring they are set up according to technical specifications and customer requirements.
• Breakdown Call Handling: Attend breakdown calls and diagnose faults or technical issues, ensuring quick resolution and minimal downtime.
• Customer Interaction & Feedback: Communicate effectively with customers to understand problems and relay this information to R&D for possible improvements to the instruments.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct demo visits at customer sites to showcase instrument functionality and benefits.
• Documentation: Fulfill all documentation requirements set by customers, ensuring proper records are maintained for compliance and traceability.
• Travel Across India: Travel as needed to customer sites across the country, ensuring timely service and support.
• Fault Diagnosis & Troubleshooting: Diagnose faults or technical issues and find proper solutions to ensure uninterrupted operation of instruments.
• Field Visit Reporting: Produce detailed service reports for field visits, outlining problems, actions taken, and results.
• Documentation Procedures: Ensure all service-related documentation procedures are adhered to, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Customer Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs and make suitable suggestions for improvements or additional services.
• Building Customer Relationships: Establish strong, confident relationships with customers by providing reliable and efficient service and maintaining a high standard of work protocol.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
