We are looking for a Field Supervisor to manage the Street team's slogger
The ideal candidate should have field experience and operational expertise todrive street slogger performance, hiring, and retention while ensuring high productivity andcompliance.Key Responsibilities:
ABC Square Building, New Town near (near city centre 2), Kolkata
1. Team & Performance Management Manage street sloggers in city to achieve weekly and monthly FTV targets. Monitor performance and ensure all sloggers meet their goals. Conduct regular check-ins, training, and performance reviews for the team.2. Hiring & Retention Identify and onboard new street sloggers to scale operations Work closely with the recruitment team to fill open positions and maintain therequired headcount. Retain high-performing sloggers by addressing concerns and improving engagement3. Field Operations & Compliance
