Adi Chitragupta Finance Limited (ACFL) is a Non-Banking Finance Company – Micro Finance Institution (NBFC-MFI), based in Bihar with headquarters in Patna. ACFL received its Certificate of Registration (COR) from the Reserve Bank of India on April 24, 2017, becoming the first and only NBFC-MFI from Bihar to obtain this certification. The company is dedicated to providing financial services to underbanked sections of society in Bihar.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Field Staff located in Siwan. The Field Staff will be responsible for conducting field visits to clients, providing customer service, handling client inquiries, and troubleshooting any issues. The role will also involve training clients on financial products, collecting payments, and maintaining records of client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
Experience in conducting Training sessions
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree is a plus
Previous experience in microfinance or related field is advantageous
