Job Description

The Field Services Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring the implementation of Field Services Process & Quality system within the organization. Your scope of work will involve reviewing and redefining service processes, developing controlled documents, conducting routine audits, managing corrective actions programs, overseeing Customer Quality assurance, and focusing on people development for Field Services & Project operations in CIS. This position will be based in Gurgaon and report to the Service and Projects Head Data Center Platform. As an ideal candidate, you should hold a degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering with a minimum of 15 years of experience in Quality & EHS, preferably in service and projects QA. You must possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in dealing with external parties such as Customers and Vendors. Key Responsibilities: - Define & Implement process guidelines according to ISO-9001 / SOP for Field Services, installation, commissioning, and project handovers. - Act as a lead for Services and Projects Process audits and develop audit champions. - Review and manage Vendor service quality while implementing necessary controls. - Participate in Field failure analysis & RCA committee to identify major product issues in the field and coordinate with the factory for product improvement. - Focus on reducing Non-quality costs and improving Gross Profit margins. - Oversee CNPS program and work towards enhancing Customer Satisfaction Scores (CSAT). - Define SLAs, establish a quality lab, and lead IMS Improvement programs while acquiring 3rd party certifications. - Conduct Project audits, develop standard practices documentation, and define standards. - Build and review people Competency Matrix, oversee Development actions, and enhance quality awareness among Services, Projects & ASPs. - Lead and deliver safety-training programs for employees, contractors, and project teams. - Supervise Services and Projects EHS supervisors across regions, monitor KPIs & productivity, and develop an outsourced EHS vendors pool as needed for DC projects requirements. - Develop & Implement Service & Projects EHS Policy, processes, standard documentation, and best practices. - Review & qualify EHS project requirements, establish advance preparedness, and conduct routine EHS audits, safety practices, and standards. - Oversee Services and Projects EHS training plans through 3rd party and Internals, manage FSE EHS skills matrix, and develop EHS champions.
