Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Services Engineer. The role is located in the Kolkata region, with some work from home acceptable. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing on-site field service, troubleshooting, offering technical support, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring excellent customer service. The engineer will work closely with clients to ensure the smooth operation of compressor systems and address any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Field Service and Troubleshooting skills
• Experience in Technical Support and Preventive Maintenance
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Experience in the compressor industry is a plus
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
