Role Overview: Solvo Elevators Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a full-time Field Service Technician based in Ahmedabad. As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of elevators, escalators, and related systems. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine inspections, ensuring compliance with safety and technical standards, maintaining service logs, and effectively addressing client concerns to ensure the smooth operation of equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair elevators, escalators, and related systems - Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with safety and technical standards - Maintain service logs and address client concerns effectively - Collaborate with customers to ensure satisfaction and uninterrupted operation of equipment Qualification Required: - Technical expertise in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems used in elevators and escalators - Experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining vertical transportation equipment - Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and service manuals - Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering safe, efficient, and lasting solutions - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members - Physical ability to carry out hands-on fieldwork and familiarity with workplace safety practices - Certification or diploma in a related technical field is preferred - Prior experience in the elevator or technical service industry is an advantage - Flexibility to work in a dynamic schedule, including occasional after-hours support,
