Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at client sites, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. You will serve as the face of the company while on duty and providing training and support to end users. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and test equipment and systems on-site. Diagnose and repair the faulty installation. Provide technical support and training to customers. Maintain detailed service reports and documentation. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Travel to customer locations for Curtain, Blind , Tracks, Channels etc. installation and Measurements. Provide feedback on product performance and suggest improvements.
