Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Printer Technician to install, maintain, and repair printers, multifunction devices, and related hardware. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various brands (HP, Canon, Epson, etc.), excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to deliver quality service at client locations. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: Install and configure printers and MFDs at client sites. Diagnose and repair hardware/software issues. Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and firmware updates. Respond to service calls and resolve issues on-site or remotely. Keep service logs and provide detailed job reports. Provide technical support and customer training when required. ✅ Requirements: Proven experience as a printer technician (min. 1–2 years preferred). Strong knowledge of printer hardware, drivers, and networking. Familiarity with common brands like HP, Canon, Epson, Ricoh, etc. IT hardware troubleshooting skills a plus. Ability to travel to client locations as needed. Diploma/ITI in Electronics, Computer Hardware, or a related field.
