Field Service & Support Engineer

Role Overview: You will be part of the Scientific team as a Field Service & Support Engineer for Electronics products in Pune, Bangalore, and Delhi. Your main responsibility will be to provide technical support for electronic products both on-site and remotely. This will include troubleshooting product issues, conducting demonstrations, offering training to customers, and collaborating with the sales team. You will need to travel across India to ensure the smooth functioning of electronic products. Key Responsibilities: - Provide on-site and remote technical support for electronic products - Troubleshoot and resolve product issues quickly and effectively - Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations - Offer training to customers on application and usage - Collaborate with the sales team for technical insights - Travel across India as required for service and support Qualification Required: - B.Tech in Electronics, EnTC, or Instrumentation - 2-7 years of experience in field service and support for electronics products - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in MS Office tools - Willingness to travel PAN India,
