Role Overview

We are looking for result-driven Field Sales Executives who can visit clients, present solutions, negotiate, and close orders on the ground.
This role focuses on face-to-face sales, relationship building, and order execution rather than inbound/outbound calling.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Strong English & Hindi communication (mandatory)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales
• Technical / IT industry exposure preferred
• Good presentation, negotiation & closing skills
• Comfortable with regular client visits & travel
• Proficient in MS Office, Email & basic CRM tools
• Self-motivated, presentable & target-oriented

Key Responsibilities

• Visit prospective and existing clients for business meetings
• Present products/services and understand client requirements
• Convert leads into confirmed orders through in-person meetings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with inside sales / operations team for execution
• Maintain visit reports, sales updates & order status
• Follow up with clients for repeat business and closures

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
