Job Title: Service Engineer – Nurse Call System Location: Hyderabad (with travel to other cities as required) Company Overview: Tellercomm is a leading healthcare technology company offering innovative products including the TellerCare Nurse Call System. With installations across hospitals in India, we are expanding our technical support team to ensure high service standards. Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to handle breakdown support , system installation , and technical service for our Nurse Call System. The role involves on-site troubleshooting, installation activities, and occasional travel outside Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities: Attend breakdown and service complaints at client sites. Install and configure TellerCare Nurse Call Systems in hospitals and healthcare centers. Perform system testing, commissioning, and site readiness validation. Coordinate with the support team for remote assistance and documentation. Maintain installation and service reports. Train hospital staff on basic system usage and troubleshooting. Requirements: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field. 1–3 years of field service experience in electronic systems installation or maintenance. Basic knowledge of networking is preferred but not mandatory. Willingness to travel outside Hyderabad for project installations. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to work independently at the client site. Preferred Skills: Experience with Nurse Call Systems or other hospital automation systems is a plus.
