Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to handle breakdown support , system installation , and technical service for our Nurse Call System. The role involves on-site troubleshooting, installation activities, and occasional travel outside Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities: Attend breakdown and service complaints at client sites. Install and configure TellerCare Nurse Call Systems in hospitals and healthcare centers. Perform system testing, commissioning, and site readiness validation. Coordinate with the support team for remote assistance and documentation. Maintain installation and service reports. Train hospital staff on basic system usage and troubleshooting. Requirements: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field. 1–3 years of field service experience in electronic systems installation or maintenance. Basic knowledge of networking is preferred but not mandatory. Willingness to travel outside Hyderabad for project installations. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to work independently at the client site. Preferred Skills: Experience with Nurse Call Systems or other hospital automation systems is a plus. Job Description – Project Engineer / Co-ordinator Location: Hyderabad (with travel to Bangalore, Mumbai & other cities as required) Department: Projects & Execution Reports To: Project Manager / Management Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Engineering /Coordinator / Incharge to manage and coordinate the execution of our Nurse Call System and Pneumatic Tube System installations. The candidate will act as the single point of contact between our company, clients, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of projects within defined timelines and quality standards. The role involves site readiness checks, client coordination, installation supervision, progress reporting, and cross-location travel to oversee project execution. Key Responsibilities (KRAs) Project Coordination & Client Communication Coordinate with client project teams to explain prerequisites (electrical, plumbing, and civil requirements). Follow up with customers to ensure site readiness for installation. Act as the primary contact point for all project execution-related queries. Site Management & Execution Conduct periodic site visits (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, and other project sites). Ensure installation is carried out as per approved design, safety norms, and company standards. Supervise technicians/contractors during installation activities. Progress Monitoring & Reporting Prepare daily site updates for internal management and clients. Develop weekly and monthly progress reports, highlighting challenges and mitigation plans. Track project timelines and escalate issues in advance to avoid delays. Resource & Vendor Coordination Ensure materials, manpower, and tools are available at the site as per schedule. Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution. Compliance & Quality Assurance Verify that installations meet project specifications and compliance standards. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company policies during site work. Qualifications & Experience Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics Engineering. 3–7 years of experience in project execution / site coordination (preferably in healthcare equipment, electrical, or automation projects). Strong knowledge of electrical & plumbing works related to equipment installations. Experience in handling multiple projects/sites simultaneously. Skills Required Strong coordination & follow-up skills. Excellent communication & client-handling ability. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). Ability to prepare professional progress reports. Willingness to travel extensively (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai & other sites).
