Field Service Engineer

Role Overview: As a qualified engineer for field installation and maintenance in the ongoing Petrol Station Retail Automation Project, your role will involve the following responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: - Project handling and management, including coordination with contractors and higher management. - Installation and Commissioning of Automation System at Petrol Stations. - Project maintenance and support to ensure smooth operation. - Maintaining project timeline, planning, and documenting progress. - Configuring and integrating forecourt devices with the automation system. - Providing client support over phone calls and emails, demonstrating the ability to diagnose and resolve problems. - Conducting site visits for installation and problem resolution within a radius of approximately 150 km from the posting location. Qualifications Required: - Good problem-solving skills in electronics, with a deep understanding of multi-meter functionality. - Proficiency in computer operations and office software. - Familiarity with basic electronics tools and components. - Knowledge of computer networking. - Basic electrical knowledge and diagnosis skills. - Willingness to travel to various client sites as required. Note: To excel in this role, you should have completed ITI or Diploma or possess higher education in Electronic, Electrical, or Instrumentation. Additionally, your excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and regional languages will be essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.,
