Field Service Engineer

Job Summary: The Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Lucas TVS products. The role involves delivering high-quality technical support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and minimizing equipment downtime. Key Responsibilities: ·       Identification of potential new dealer to expand the Service dealer network in rural areas as per selection criteria. ·       Promoting the mechanics for consuming genuine parts. ·       Monitoring dealer performance in sales, service and customer experience. ·       Coordination with Vehicle manufacturers and develop rapport with them. ·       Conducting Installation audit on the vehicles. ·       Participating in the Joint Inspection along with OEM for root cause analysis. ·       Training of Mechanics on Auto electrical & Fuel Injection system. ·       Monitoring of Turnaround timelines. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Diploma/BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering. Experience: 1-3 years in a service or maintenance role (preferably in the automotive/electrical industry). Skills: Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer handling and communication abilities. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Other Requirements: Willingness to travel frequently.
